DO & CO NEW YORK CATERING, INC 

OVERVIEW

DO & CO New York Catering, located at 149-32 132nd Street Jamaica, NY. Due to high demand, Do&Co. which is a high-end Airline Catering facility. Required a massive addition to its facility. The project included the addition of loading docks, offices, production area, freezers and coolers. The project was done in seven stages to maintain the production during construction. 

The structural system included adding piles within the existing facility, inserting columns in the exiting building to support the new addition above the one-story section of the building. The structural steel in the existing building was modified to support the new freezers and cooler units.
