LITTLE FERRY SHOPPING PLAZA 

OVERVIEW

The project involved gut and renovation of partially abandoned warehouse and partially active retail building. The building was completely renovated to develop into eight large size retail tenant spaces and two Anchor space including relocation of 45,000 Sq. Ft. H-Mart Store.

MEP scope included provision of new HVAC, electric, gas, sanitary, storm, domestic water and fire sprinkler system services for each of the future tenant spaces.
