OVERVIEW

A This 70,000 square-foot cold storage facility features an exposed steel frame structure with a clear height of 40 feet. The building envelope is constructed using insulated metal panels (IMP) for both walls and roofing, optimizing thermal performance. The facility includes multiple loading docks and is equipped with a high-capacity freezer. The roof system, composed of steel beams and girders, was designed to accommodate the future installation of rooftop solar panels, aligning with sustainable design principles.
