OVERVIEW

A 8-story, 108-Apartment, hi-rise building plus 3 level of parking garage.

HVAC system for the Apartment building included dedicated mechanical closet for each apartment unit using Split AC Furnace Units. Ventilation system for a 3-floor enclosed garage was also designed. The design also involved stairwell pressurization and variable flow exhaust system for the flue exhaust, clothes-dryer exhaust and bathroom exhaust.

The Building was protected with fire sprinklers utilizing a Fire Pump and Standpipes. Dry sprinklers were provided for the Parking Garage.

Plumbing design included new storm, sanitary, domestic hot & cold water and natural gas system.

New electrical service and distribution with dedicated meters for each tenant space, Lighting, Fire Alarm System and an Emergency Generator was designed.
