OVERVIEW

This five-story, 40-unit luxury residential building was constructed using a structural steel frame system. The floor assembly consists of composite steel joists supported by steel girders, providing both structural efficiency and design flexibility. All residential units feature either balconies or terraces. The building incorporates Mediterranean architectural elements and includes a central four-story atrium, enhancing natural light and spatial openness within the structure.
