SOLDIER HILL DEVELOPMENT 

OVERVIEW

The project involves three (3) 76,000 sq. ft., 4-story buildings, with the ground level as parking garage. Each building has 46-Apartment units. HVAC system for the Apartment building included dedicated mechanical closet to house Split AC Furnace Units and condensing units on Roof. The Building was protected with wet fire sprinklers and dry sprinklers were provided for the Parking Garage.

Plumbing design included new storm, sanitary, domestic hot & cold water and natural gas system. Dedicated electric water heater was specified for each unit.

New electrical service and distribution with dedicated meters for each tenant space, Lighting, Fire Alarm System and an Emergency Generator for life safety was designed.
