MIXED-USE BUILDING

OVERVIEW

A new 5-story Mixed-Use Building with Commercial space at street level and second floor. Eleven (11) Apartment Units on above floors.

The Cellar floor includes the main electrical, gas and sprinkler/mater meters rooms. Commercial spaces were provided with Rooftop Units and ducted through dedicated shafts and the HVAC system for the Apartment building included dedicated mechanical closet for each apartment unit using Split AC Furnace Units.

Plumbing design included new storm, sanitary, domestic hot & cold water and natural gas system.

New electrical service and distribution with dedicated meters for each tenant space, Lighting, Fire Alarm System. An Emergency Generator was designed for elevator and life safety.
