OVERVIEW

A 96-unit 11 story residential building. The structural system for this building is a load bearing light gauge walls. This system was proven to be very efficient and fast to construct. Three lower three parking levels was constructed of structural steel and concrete floors. The foundation system was a combination between mini-piles and spread footing on rock.
