CRYSTAL PLAZA BUILDING

OVERVIEW

A 3-story Addition and Renovation of an existing Wedding & Banquet Hall Building that included new Chapel Hall, Bride Suite, Groom Suite, Salon Spa and Offices and existing Ballroom, Cocktail Room and Kitchen.

HVAC system for the Addition included dedicated Rooftop Units, VRF Split Systems and Hot Gas Bypass Re-heat for Humidity Control.

Lighting, HVAC Linear Diffusers, Sprinkler Heads were coordinated in detail due to decorative ceiling requirements.

Existing Electric, Fire Alarm, Gas, Water and Storm & Sanitary Services were upgraded to accommodate the Building Addition and Renovation scope.

A full building back-up Emergency Generator was also designed.
