OVERVIEW

The HVAC System for this new 15,000 SF Gym Building consisting of two 25-ton Rooftop Unit for the 2nd Floor and two 10-ton Rooftop Units for the 1st Floor Gym and main Lobby. Supply and return air to the spaces were provided with ductwork distribution.

New Plumbing system and Water Heaters for the Gym Showers and Restroom were designed.

The Building was provided with new wet sprinkler system.
