OVERVIEW

The HVAC System for this 3-story, 20,000 SF interior fit-out Gym facility was provided with Daikin VRV Heat Pump System with multiple indoor fan coil units and 72-tons of VRV Condensing Units on Roof.

Energy Recovery Units were provided for introducing ventilation fresh air to the space per code requirements.

New Plumbing system and Water Heaters for the Gym Showers and Restroom were designed.

The Building was provided with new wet fire sprinkler system.
