SOLAIA HI-RISE RESIDENTIAL BUILDING

OVERVIEW

A new 10-story, 70-unit residential building over 4-story of parking garage and residential units from 1st floor through 10th floor and Amenities such as gym, theater, pool/sauna on 2nd through 4th floor.

HVAC system for the Apartment building included dedicated mechanical closet for each apartment unit using Split VRF Heat Pump System with indoor units in the mechanical closets and the outdoor units on Roof The design also involved stairwell pressurization and variable flow ventilation system for the kitchen range and bathroom exhausts.

Ventilation system for the bottom two floors of enclosed garage was also designed.

The Building was protected with fire sprinklers utilizing a Fire Pump and Standpipes. Dry sprinklers were provided for the Parking Garage.

Plumbing design included new storm, sanitary, domestic hot & cold water and natural gas system.

New electrical service and distribution with dedicated meters for each tenant space, Lighting, Fire Alarm System and an Emergency Generator was designed.
